Returns

You have the right to return the products you purchased, without having to announce the reason you wish to return, under the following terms and conditions:

-The refund should be made no later than 14 days from the date you receive the products. In this case you only charges the immediate cost of returning the products. You do not charge the cost of returning in all cases where there has been a defect in the product or missing an agreed property and provided that (a) it is not otherwise provided by the producer’s, or importer’s guarantee and the product is under warranty, so they apply Guarantee terms or (b) if there is no warranty under (a) the legal limitation of buyer’s rights or (c) if there is no warranty in (a) and the defect or missing property are not significantly .

You have the right to return the products you purchased and to request the payment of the price you paid us: a) In all cases where there was a defect in the product or it is missing an agreed status and provided that (a) it is not provided other than the Guarantee of the producer, or importer and the product is under warranty, so the guarantee terms apply or (b) if there is no warranty in (a) the legal limitation of the buyer’s rights or (c) if there is no Guarantee of (a) and the missing or missing property are not significant and (b) within fourteen (14) days of delivery of the product.

-Returns are accepted provided that you contacted us on the same day of the next working day from the one you received the products.

-To each returned product should be in the same condition in which you received it, that is, without being unsealed or violated by its packaging or in part or partially used, as before its sale, in its full initial packaging ( box, nylon, foam etc) and with all the contents of the original packaging.

-To accept the refund should be displayed or disclosed the original purchase document (retail receipt, invoice) by the natural person or company initially bought by the product and whose details are reflected in the market document.

-If the conditions are met and the return of the product is accepted, the consumer is entitled to either receive a credit note of equal value for the purchase of another products, or a cash refund. The refund of the consumer will be completed within thirty (30) days of the date we receive the product.

-In case of a special order by the customer, returns are not accepted.

-Returns are not accepted under any circumstances, when the ordered products were made to order and according to the customer’s preference and choice and do not contain a defect or error.

– www.ksmarkopoulos.gr takes care of the quality control and proper shipping of a product. However, we cannot guarantee absolutely for the absence of any defect. To avoid your own and our own suffering and damage, it is advisable to carefully check, when delivering your order, the status, correctness and quantity of products sold, in order to determine any obvious defects or omissions (eg. broken commodity, any quantitative deficit or surplus or different product than that ordered, etc.). If you find a defect or error you should contact us immediately after delivery on the same day or next business day at 2461026190 or at e-mail sales@ksmarkopoulos.gr. We will ask you to return the defective products to us at no cost and we will ensure that they will be replaced as soon as possible from the date of receipt and if they are checked and certified for the defect reported. If the defective product cannot be replaced for availability purposes, then our company will return its cash value to the customer.
