For orders where bank deposit is chosen as the payment method, the order will be shipped as soon as the deposit is confirmed. All orders placed on the weekend will be processed from (next) Monday.
After the departure of the shipment, you receive a mail with the shipment number (tracking number) with which you will be able to track the progress of your parcel.
Delivery time
Shipments are made via Speedex Courier and the average delivery time is estimated at 1-3 working days for Greece.
The delivery time, depending on the courier company, concerns the working days from the date of departure and can vary depending on the cases: weather conditions, inaccessible areas, strikes, holidays, reasons of force majeure etc. If you want delivery on Saturday, you will be charged the extra cost set by the chosen courier.
In case a product is not immediately available or any of the necessary information of the recipient is not available to ksmarkopoulos.gr, you will be informed in time for the estimated delivery time.
